Shipping policy

Every order ships free, with tracking, to addresses in the United States.

When it arrives

Your order arrives in 1–5 days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington DC. Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer. We can't ship to US territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam) or to military APO/FPO addresses yet. If an order is placed to one of these addresses, we cancel it and refund it in full.

Check your address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we resend it once the new shipping is paid.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 days, or your order hasn't arrived 10 days after it shipped, email contact@trymoriva.com. We will find it, resend it or refund it.

Tracking says delivered, but no parcel?

Please check around your home, with your neighbors and with your local post office first. Then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we open a claim with the carrier for you. Once tracking shows the parcel was delivered to the address you gave us, we can't send a second one for free.
