Try Moriva for 30 days. If you're not happy, send it back and we refund your order in full.
How to return
- Email contact@trymoriva.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We reply within one business day with the return address.
- Send back everything that came in your box. Used is fine. Please keep your tracking number.
Your refund
As soon as the package is back with us, we refund the full price of your order to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. We can only refund items that are sent back to us.
Return shipping
If your order arrived damaged or wrong, we pay for the return. In every other case, the return shipping is paid by you.
Damaged or wrong items
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send you a free replacement. If we can't replace it, we refund it.
Cancel or change an order
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel it or to change the address. After that, your order is already being prepared, and you can use the 30-day return instead.
One guarantee per customer
The 30-day money-back guarantee covers one order per customer and household.
